1. How long will it take to get my goods - Handbooks,
CMC Files, SOPs or Journals?
Most orders are shipped
direct door-to-door to pharma enduser within 3-4 business days from
receipt of the payment, which means 72 - 96 hours from credit card or
electronic bank transfer confirmation.
Shipping (3-4 business days) is subject to a 'no error transactions'.
We utilize registered, insured airmail or EMS Express Global courier
for shipping as this is the most economical means. Our invoice guarantees
next three business days for wire transfers and bank draft payments
and 14 - 28 days for private checks (non bank drafts and wires).
Once shipped it usually
takes between 3 - 7 business days
to most parts of the world. Please note there are three world geographic
zones and four shipping levels. Normal,
Priority, FastTrack
and Expedited
Shipping.

2. Normal
Shipping
Normal
shipping means that your order goes into the shipping queue and is shipped
when your order comes to the top of the dispatch list. There are several
ways (see below) to speed up this shipping routine and at special peak,
high volume times (Dec to March), the normal shipping process can slow
down due to new editions and new publications.

3. Priority Shipping
Your
order is shipped if your firm registers for Priority
Shipping. To register your firm simply has to fax a copy of your check
payment or bank transfer to +1-561-431-2620. That's All - Your firm
has registered and you bypass all Normal
shipping. It's as simple
as that and well worth it. Of course we can streamline our orders
when we know what's in the pipeline - so its good for us too.

4.
FastTrack Shipping - USD $ or Euro Bank Transfer
Payments.
You
can really FastTrack your shipments. Payment is in USD $ or Euro.
This is very much faster than Priority Shipping.
To
register for FastTrack
you simply have to fax a copy of your bank-to-bank transfer documents
to
+1-561-431-2620.
That's All - You have registered and you bypass all Normal
and Priority Shipping.

5. EXPEDITED
Shipping - For very urgent orders only
Your firm is first in the queue. You jump
ahead of everyone, but there is an EXPEDITED cost to be the first
name on the shipping list. USD $ is fastest payment procedure however
there is an additional overhead cost of 5-10% expedited charges for
immediate first-in-line shipment. This shipping method is for clients
who wish to pay for very urgent orders that are required immediately
and cannot wait and want immediate service.
Expedited
orders for "Second Day" and "Next Day Air" shipping, are business
days only.

register for Expedited
Shipping
you simply have to fax a proof copy of your bank transfer documents

bypass all Normal, Priority

6. Internationally Shipping and How Much Does it Cost?
International shipping is standard as our
publishers are in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East region. It
costs $65 - $75 per EMS air mailed handbook for 4.0 kg weight which
represents the average handbook volume unpacked.
The shipping costs are $65 - $75 for postal
weights of 2.1 - 3.99 Kg each and $75 - $95 for postal weights of 4.0
- 7.0 Kg each.
Note all Int. Journals titles and editions
are mailed totally free of charge anywhere. Firms may register and insure
journal subscriptions at a nominal cost to insure no mail loss or damage.

We will provide you an exact invoice quote,
based on an e-mail request of your chosen shipping levels, before we
ship your goods, if you wish. Your final receipt will show exact costs
Your receipt will reflect the actual air shipping
cost at the time of weighing and air shipping to the different postal
zones. Please note that shipping and insurance estimations may change
marginally from time to time, as postal rates change, and may occasionally
differ very slightly from the initial e-mail quotation which comes off
a fixed list.
All shipping is priority post, first class
air mail when under 2 kg and by Global Priority Mail or EMS courier
when over 2 Kg and the parcel is insured for a 100% replacement, if
lost or damaged.
6b. Transshipment, rerouting, demurrage charges
and natural disaster
Transshipments, on-route cancellations, or reroutes are not insured
nor is freight covered for the reshipment. Warehousing demurrage costs
may range from $2.90 to $5.90 /kg/day when on-route for transshipment
or on-route cancellations or shipping redirection's occur or delivery
cannot be achieved such as protocol or contract violations. Clients
are responsible for these additional costs incurred by the shipper,
shipper, or warehousing agents and/or publisher and other related transportation
or concerned parties. Publishers, shippers and insurers are not responsible
for damages occurred directly or indirectly due to natural disasters,
such as flood, water, wind, earthquake and such non-made made natural
occurrences (Acts of God'').

7. What is LIG credit
/ return / non-return or exchange policy?
All
handbooks in perfect, unopened, resaleable condition (in the original
shipping material), ordered in genuine error or duplicated in error, can
be canceled, within 30 days of placing the initial handbook order
for a prorate refund, less costs. If you intend to return an unopened,
unused handbook, you must first contact
us for return and shipping instructions.
7b.Credit / Changes
to Trading Conditions
We will access an appropriate credit less
shipping, insurance, demurrage and handling charges once the returns are
accepted, inspected and processed (it takes about 3-12 weeks). When an
entire set or sets of the 12 / 24 / 33 / 55 Handbook volumes or set or
series is printed-on-demand (POD) then no returns are permitted and no
claims are processed. Cancellations or order changes occurring during
'shipping-in-process', transit or while 'shipped in transit via bonded
warehouses' would generate and require additional costs of reshipping,
reinsurance and appropriate warehouse demurrage charges that occurred
after changes to invoice activation terms and/or notification of shipment
and/or changes to the original invoice terms and/or changes to trading
conditions and/or changes to associated trading terms stated in facsimiles,
letters, voicemails or e-mail correspondence.
7c. Security codes
All handbooks have security UV codes and light sensitive ink that
guard against unauthorized photocopying. Unfortunately, no opened or used
handbooks or computer CD dataware can be returned (copyright protection).
8. What
If I pay by Bank Transfer?
Locum International accepts US Dollars or
Euro bank transfers. Please register for Priority
($ or Euro)
FastTrack Shipping when paying by a bank
system.

9. What If I pay by check?
Mail the bank draft direct to our onsite bank
depot after down loading your invoice. We only process orders for shipping
when checks have been received by our bank, that is if you have not register
for Priority

10. What
If I pay by Credit Card?
For
credit card orders please follow the 7 point e-mail instructions we e-mail
you. Ask us at contact and we will be
