SPECIAL SUBSCRIPTION After September 30th - the last quarter (Oct. Nov and Dec.) of the current year membership subscription applies to the next year's rates - However as compensation Oct, Nov. and Dec. membership are included as 15 month subscription - instead of the standard 12 months.
